I am Dwayne Jenkins, CEO of Phazon Music Group, a gospel rap label out of NewBritain Ct and I am Co-Publisher of an awesome album that has been released to Itunes not long ago called URBAN HYMNS! Now the artist is Jeremiah the Prophet, aka Todd Jackson from the Redlands CA.Our Target market here is youth from ages 12-18 & young adults 19-26.I feel compelled to tell you about this album because this work ministers to me in a way that is in describable. My children love his cool metaphors and his battle rap style of flow that is laid over hardcore beats. This young man is self written and self produced right from his living room, and the cd cover depicts 5 different facets of jeremy holding different instruments to display how he is a one man band! His lead single "The devil is a lie" is a mixture of what you may think Nas and Jay-z may have blended together but on the christian side...now can you picture that? Jeremiah used to be a battle rapper, who by the way won countless battles in L.A. before turning his life over to Christ, but he turned all that into a positive energy and started to rap for the youth when he seen where rap was heading. He has music on the album for a little of everyone, some noteworthy songs are Hell, Doors of the church, God is Good, Man of God, show me, God got love 4 u, and the list goes on... not being modest but all the tracks are hotter than July and if you follow the link to itunes at the beginning of this paragraph,you can preview before you buy, so you won't be disappointed, I also added the cd cover for you just so you can have an birds eye view of what I am trying to show you.I will also be back periodically with more HHH Flavor to write about from somewhere in the U.S ... or abroad!
